How do I clean these bags?

It is simple. For the Canvas bag, unsnap the beeswax liner to shake out crumbs or hand wash it. The TPU bag is even easier—it is one piece and fully machine washable.

Why are there two different bags?

One for now, one for later. Use the Canvas/Beeswax bag on the counter to keep crusts crisp (2-4 days). Use the TPU bag in the freezer to block air and stop freezer burn (months).

Are they machine washable?

The Green TPU bag is. You can toss it in the washer on cold. For the Beeswax liner, please hand wash with cool water and soap to protect the wax coating.

Will my large sourdough boule fit?

Yes. Both bags are 17×13 inches. They easily swallow large round boules, long batards, or even a dozen bagels. Just roll the top down to adjust the fit.

Does the green bag smell like plastic?
